LuAnn P. Pellicer was born and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. She found her interests in appraising while working for SunTrust Bank. In 2002, she eagerly began her appraisal education at St. Petersburg College under the tutelage of Steve Vehmeier. After completing the required state licensing, she obtained the State of Florida's Trainee Appraiser license. In, 2007, LuAnn passed the state exam to became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Two years after obtaining her certified appraiser license, LuAnn became and remains an active FHA Roster Appraiser. Between 2011 and 2013, while honing her skills as an appraiser, LuAnn expanded her horizons with the real estate media firm Hanley Wood, LLC. At which time LuAnn was responsible for provided market data for developing communities and newly constructed homes in the Nature Coast and Tampa Bay area. Presently, LuAnn offers residential real estate appraisal services in Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco County for vacant land, single family, multi-family properties and specializes in the appraisals of new single family residential construction. As an appraiser, LuAnn's goal is to provide accurate valuations, friendly customer service, and develop professional client relationships.
